Hi,
Yes if the computer's processing speed is good means the Internet usage speed will also good for that we should have to handle some techniques.
Step1-go to run command
Step2-type recent and press enter you will see a window opened with recent documents an application you have been used select all the data and delete it.
Step3-repeat the step 1 and type %temp% and press enter here yow will see all the temporary files that you have been processed select all the data an delete it.
Step4-repeat the step1 and type per-fetch here you will see some data that are related to the drafts select all and delete it.We should do this every new visit to the Computer at once a day.Now we will able analyze the speed of the computer.For checking the Internet speed just click on http://www.scanmyspeed.com/.
