What makes the Samsung Galaxy S7 so charming?

While the megapixel count on the S7 is lower, dual-pixel technology and a greater aperture size mean that the camera should be an improvement on the S6's, particularly in low-light conditions. On the other side of the gadget is a 5 MP snapper. The LG G5 with a dual camera setup on the back, starring a 16 MP main camera and an 8 MP wide-angle camera. The additional 8 MP camera provides a 135-degree field of view. This can be utilized seamlessly from within the camera app, by zooming in and out. The LG G5 retains the granular manual mode, and there's no reason to doubt that the new set up on the G5 will be an improvement. A dual-camera configuration on the LG G5 will certainly take the photo experience to the next level, and it's a key feature setting LG's smartphone apart from Samsung's. Exactly how well it will perform in different lighting conditions, however, remains to be seen.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 LCD digitizer features a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display with a Quad HD resolution, while the LG G5 has a 5.3-inch IPS LCD display, also featuring a 2560 x 1440 resolution. This of course means that the LG G5 has the larger display of the two devices, but Samsung is the sharper of the two with a few more pixels packed in per inch. It's not something you can detect with the human eye really but based on the numbers, that's the story. In reality, both devices offer great displays. AMOLED technology tends to deliver brighter, more vibrant colors and deeper blacks than LCD but LG does have its reasons for opting for LCD over OLED. Both the Samsung and the LG have what the companies are calling always-on displays whereby information is still available on the main display without the user having to wake up the display.
