godaddy ignores domain change, bills for renewals

I am so pi%^%&(%&^ ed off That stupid Godaddy ignored two domain changes i made and billed me for two domains I was dropping. Godda()(&(*m godaddy and their stupid "it will take a few moments to reflect these changes
