2 laptops, 1 surveillance camera and 1 desk top wanting to go wireless

I have 2 laptops which I use wireless through a Net gear router. My desktop is on cable which the NG router is connected to. I have Internet problems with my desktop. My NG router causes me to loose my Internet to my desktop. I will loose the Internet completely on the desktop but the laptops...
