As the name describe itself, In Pay Per Click(PPC) you charged for each click of your advertisements. In Pay Per Visit you are charged the number of times your site is visited. Pay Per Click is done using Google Adsense. Charges depends on the advertisement and the keywords and the number of clicks. These appear as "Sponsered links" in the right side of the search results.

Pay Per visit appears as pop under windows. Your ads or web page will be displayed by the pop under windows each time a user, with the adware willingly installed on their pc, enters your ad or url into their browser. You have Clicksor and Infolinks which help you do this. Each time your Advertisement is viewed you are charged $0.01 .
