Credit Card website, which CMS would be best?

What i want to do is display a bunch of thumbnails of credit cards and show the top rated cards. Something similar to the layout of FlickOut.com (http://www.FlickOut.com) where they have movie trailers and ratings. They use WordPress. So is that a plugin to display items like that? Is it...
