Why does Yahoo think my site now has 100s of pages?

My site has only about 40 pages. But siteexplorer now thinks it's go more than 200. When you go into the detail, most of them are not my site at all. For example lots of them are 'quantcast.com/tops-sites-xxxx' and similar?
