This is by far the best strategy i have ever heard.

There was this hotel which was good in all aspects. Food, price, quality, services- They used to get high ratings across all these. People used to flock to this hotel mainly because the food is good and also it was the only hotel in that neighborhood.

Few years later a new hotel under different name opened just few blocks away. Food was good-but not as good as old one. Price was little less but still people choose old hotel. Hence, the business for old hotel didnít take any hit.

I was applauding the manager of old hotel for being so consistent over the years until I heard that both hotels are owned by the same person.

For what reason he opened a new hotel under different name?

óFor all reasons.
