..htaccess help needed please. (nonpaid) :)

First, I know squat about coding anything, so sorry in forward for stupid questions. I am "developing" a multiforum site, I have found out that I need to make a .htaccess file to make what I want to do, so I have search and read around and wroted one, but I dont think I have done it right.
