Please review my latest site

I know the site still needs some work, but can I get some feedback as it is right now. Mostly looking for site functionality stuff, but interested in knowing your thoughts about the idea behind the site as well. It is a Drupal 7 site, and a Theme I created recently. Once I get more content...
