enom question and buying a name from a reseller as a retailer ?

Hello, I just agreed to buy a name registered @ enom. He agreed to push the name to an enom account. Since I do not have an account at enom, he agreed to add me as a retailer under his enom account and let me get the name. Are there any risks for me in doing so ? We are complete strangers....
