So I've got this Sony Vaio with an Intel Pentium4 and it will not boot into Windows, it just restarts. On restart in brings up an error saying that the CPU temp is out of range and asks me to press f2. Press f2 and go into the BIOS, I go to the hardware monitor and it says my CPU temp is between...
